Wee Lee Nursery delivery services are only meant for local delivery in Singapore. For overseas order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or using our contact us page.
Wee Lee Nursery will do our best to meet its customers' delivery request but reserve the right to cancel any order in an event if the delivery location is invalid.
Locations that we are unable to make delivery includes:
- Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas District, Shipyards, all military camp
* Standard delivery at $15 per trip. There will be free delivery for purchase above SGD$150
This delivery consists of 3 different time slot.
* Self-collection @ the nursery
We provide sell-collection service for our customers who are available to collect their purchases themselves. You may wish to contact us before arriving to check if the plant is ready for collection.
*Do note that in any scenario where the recipient is not present at the address given / wrong address given/did not turn up for the meetup, rescheduling of delivery date should be within the next two days. It will be regarded as a new trip and full delivery charge applies.
Wee Lee Nursery strives to ensure that our customers' flowers are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with the order. However, flowers are seasonal products and are subjected to availability.
Hence, Wee Lee Nursery will do its best to keep its website updated to ensure that our customers can get what they want. Nevertheless, If there are any products that are no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable replacement. We will only substitute with flowers of a similar/better value.

Flower colour and quality may differ from what is shown on Wee Lee Nursery's website.
Wee Lee Nursery ensures that every order will be in their best condition when delivered to customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, kindly take a photo of the item and contact our customer service. We do not provide returns/exchange/refunds. However, negotiations can be made to ensure that our customers remain satisfied with our service.
Wee Lee Nursery reserve the rights to cancel any order that is deemed unreasonable or due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund will be provided in this case.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB.
Online payments are processed using our secure payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is a market leader in the online payment space and ensures fast, safe and secure payments.
Coupled with our site’s SSL certificate, you have ensured a safe, encrypted link between you and our secure payment provider.
Payments made through ibanking / atm transfer should be done within 24 hours after receiving our invoice email.
Should you opt for atm transfer, kindly reply to the invoice email and attached a snapshot of your proof of transaction to us.
If you wish to purchase any products directly from the nursery, only CASH payment is allowed.
Orders with late payment will be marked as cancelled.
Wee Lee Nursery may collect the following information:
name and job title
contact information including email address
demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests
other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
Internal record keeping.
We may use the information to improve our products and services.
We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.
